I agree about the new persona. Travel Me has a very definite identity of her own. But she isn´t as covered in accretions of crap as the me back home. She has less to worry about and is much better at coping with things. I think the being stripped down to an existentially pure self was just a thing my mind was doing at that moment, but it felt very nice.

And yeah, definitely on the quietness. I hope I meet more travellers soon, but it´s been great just to think and reflect and experience things without having to make chit-chat.
