The first season we had the allotment, uon helped me plant the chard seeds (and was very worried about screwing it up, despite my assurance that this would be hard to do). A couple of weeks later we were back and they'd started sprouting, and he gave me this suspicious look and said "You came down here and switched them over, didn't you? Actual baby plants for seeds! It's too implausible otherwise." :)
