Feedback/criticism is wonderful! Have you already heard my spiel about how I have a thick skin and you don't have to worry about bruising my ego? I try and stress that to everyone because so often authors are very delicate about their immortal prose, whereas I really do just want straight-up pointers about what's weak or doesn't work.
