This sounds very exciting, and completely different from anywhere else on Earth. I feel slightly guilty that I've never even considered going out to that neck of the woods before.
Making animal noises to request food made from that animal should be adopted as standard in all countries, though. Could get tricky for things like garlic bread though, I suppose.
