Body count:

Spearmint - Stealing Beauty
NIN - The Downward Spiral, The Great Below
Feeder - Just The Way I’m Feeling, Forget About Tomorrow
Counting Crows - Colourblind

Fight Club ‘this is your life’ theme
In The Nursery - Red Harvest
Jimmy Eat World - Goodbye Song

And I only put in one gratuitous meerkat. I am very pleased with myself.

Hurrah!

[livejournal.com profile] wimborne will never read a story featuring dead cats. Unless they're undead cats.

One of them dies off-screen. Unfortunately, the other one dies in full view and rather messily (killed by a lunatic who thinks she, the cat, is a member of the local council, whom she hates and fears). But if it helps at all, I was disturbed by it too, and I wrote it ;>

well done, you got there!
(body count 0 meerkats 2)

Mine was a literary critic. What did your meerkats do?

[identity profile] grahamc99.livejournal.com 2003-12-01 11:15 pm (UTC)(link)
Meerkat no 1 was on a Neighbourhood Watch Poster (true). The second was mentioned when a character was being excessively watchful and suspicious in heart of N'hood Watch-land. No real meerkats were harmed in the making of this novel.

Wooo! Congratulations. (The crow gets better, right?)

She should do, plus she manages to fix her damaged nest with a page she finds in a dump. It's all hugs and puppies for the crow, really. Shame I can't say as much for the humans or the cats...

Belated Congratulations!

And that's an intriguing looking soundtrack, you have there...

I'm thinking of burning it on to CD... can make you a copy if I succeed. It seems fair considering how often your compilation tape's been played by both Matt and myself :)
