Er.. it's unlikely to have blue fur, cos most insects can only produce blue/green colours by light diffraction surfaces. There's a blueish bee here (http://www.newholland.com/na/news/nhn/Oct01/pic4a.jpg) - you can see it's a sort of smooth oily blue, rather than fluffy light blue.
Was initially tempted to write “I have no idea”, on account of my friends page not displaying icons. Thought better of it, clicked through to the comments page, was actually disappointed to see your usual icon rather than a strange, exotic image that people might have serious disagreements about…
It's a bee that's accidentally fallen into a toilet with too many of those clingy-on-to-the-side disinfectant devices full of blue stuff, then has been rescued by some caring beeophile and carefully dried with bog roll prior to being put on a white surface and photographed.
