Half empty/half full

I was just standing by the side of the road when some guys yelled at me from a speeding car. It could have been either "Foxy!" or "Fat slag!" (Actually, considering I was in a shapeless black parka-thing with the hood up, both seem pretty unlikely.)

Sainsbury's is full of slightly panicky-looking flowers.

- Thats both true, funny and creates wonderful images in my mind of angsty tulips! Asda Floral section here seems hit with the same problem.

You can almost hear them thinking "Buy me! Buy me! It's nearly three o'clock! Will I ever be in water again? Noooo, I'll be in a skip by the close of business today..."

Aww...thats so emotive I'm tempted to go out and rescue them all...even in their massively inflated for-today-only prices! Poor flowers!
