different names for the same thing

I've said it before, and no doubt again, but airports are hell on earth and I hate the places with a passion. Having some sour employee on hand to enhance the experience just makes them worse, and my gob rarely helps. I'd some Aer Lingus check in droid give me similar grief far too early one morning, but the worst so far has been the sour security guard in Keflavik who took a huge dislike to me after setting her metal detector off repeatedly. Airports suck!
